Hello! I'm Debbie, a self-taught oil painter living in East Brissie. I grew up painting acrylics with my groovie nana and re-found my love for painting during the pandemic days! After a busy chapter of study and living abroad, I loved the slow flow of painting and the magic of turning a moment-in-time into something that possesses the canvas and asks to be seen from a new perspective

My Process

I paint mostly with oils on my humble kitchen table. I'm not one to make much of a plan, but rather love to dive in with an idea and let the painting show me what she wants to become

Inspiration

Much of my work comes from little ordinary moments in life, and my travels and adventures alongside my best friend and sisters. I love to always push myself and try something new so watch this space!
