I offer flat-rate shipping across Australia:

Free Brisbane Delivery

Orders of 3 or more prints within 10km of Brisbane CBD qualify for free hand delivery. I'll arrange a convenient time to drop off your artwork in person.

International Shipping

I can ship internationally. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. Please note:

• International shipping is at the buyer's expense
• Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 2-4 weeks)

Processing Time

• Prints: 3-5 business days (printed to order)
• Originals: 1-2 business days

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

• Prints: Shipped flat in rigid mailers with protective sleeves
• Originals: Wrapped in protective materials and shipped in custom boxes

Returns Policy

Fine Art Prints

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:

• The print is undamaged and in original packaging
• You contact me before returning
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer

Original Paintings

I offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on original paintings. If the piece doesn't suit your space, you may return it for a refund minus shipping costs, provided the artwork is undamaged.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage. I will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or commissioned artwork
• Items marked as "final sale"

Refund Process

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
