Shipping Rates (Australia)

I offer flat-rate shipping across Australia:

For a large original, checkout charges the standard original rate, and I'll be in touch with a quote for any additional postage before sending it.

Free Brisbane Delivery

Orders of 3 or more prints within 20 km of the Brisbane CBD qualify for free hand delivery. Choose it in your cart and enter your postcode. I'll be in touch to arrange a convenient time to drop off your artwork.

International Shipping

I'm happy to ship internationally. As checkout only charges Australian postage, please email me for a postage quote before ordering. If you order without one, I'll email you a quote for the additional postage before sending your artwork. Please note:

• International shipping is at the buyer's expense
• Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 2-4 weeks)

Processing Time

• Prints: 3-5 business days (printed to order)
• Originals: 1-2 business days

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time (Australia)

Once dispatched, tracked parcels usually arrive within 2-4 business days in Queensland and 3-6 business days interstate. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.

Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely:

• Prints: Shipped flat in rigid mailers with protective sleeves
• Originals: Wrapped in protective materials and shipped in custom boxes

Returns Policy

Fine Art Prints

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:

• The print is undamaged and in original packaging
• You contact me before returning
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer

Original Paintings

I offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on original paintings. If the piece doesn't suit your space, you're welcome to return it for a refund, less shipping costs, provided it's undamaged.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage. I'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or commissioned artwork
• Items marked as "final sale"

Refund Process

Once I've received and inspected your return, I'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
